Senior Technical Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work closely with software engineers and product managers to create documentation for REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud architecture.

• Organize and maintain internal technical knowledge bases utilizing Polarion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of technical writing experience, ideally focusing on the development of intricate user documentation for advanced engineering clientele.

• Proven experience in creating API and SDK documentation for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Practical experience with Polarion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.

• Capability to contribute significantly to the structure and design of documentation.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving software development environment.

• Ability to manage a high workload, juggle multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
