This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring they fully benefit from their Application Security processes.

• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with leaders in customer engineering and security departments to enhance adoption and retention rates.

• Create and execute tailored onboarding initiatives that enable customers to meet their unique security program objectives using Snyk’s product offerings.

• Serve as an internal advocate for customer requirements, proactively collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams to influence development roadmaps and address risks.

• Organize and lead strategic business review sessions (QBRs) leveraging data-driven storytelling to illustrate ROI and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.

• Mobilize both internal and external resources to eliminate obstacles to adoption and address complex technical issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.

• Proven experience collaborating with highly technical clients within the Enterprise (Fortune 100) sector in North America.

• Strong understanding of Developer or Application Security tools and processes (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).

• Experience in leading technical or engineering initiatives with a demonstrated track record of thought leadership and developing business cases.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of facilitating difficult discussions, addressing objections, and influencing stakeholders ranging from end-users to executives.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for succeeding in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• A background in development, coding expertise, or a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices.

• Prior experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical transformation project teams.

• A demonstrated history of problem-solving and innovation in the development of technology programs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
