This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Collaborating with the Inside Sales, Business Development, and Global Strategic Account Teams to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Identifying the technical requirements of clients and recommending suitable Aldevron products and solutions.
• Communicating complex technical and scientific concepts to customers in an easily digestible manner.
• Acting as a scientific authority for Aldevron at trade shows and conferences.
• Working alongside Business Unit Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Marketing Leaders to respond to significant industry changes, scientific advancements, and customer feedback.
• A bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in client support, sales, or marketing within the cell and gene therapy sector.
• Extensive scientific knowledge and a thorough understanding of mRNA manufacturing processes.
• Strong creative problem-solving capabilities and an aptitude for building effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
