Senior Technical Sales Representative – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on Honeywell's hospitality brands, INNCOM and Onity.

• Create and execute strategies and tactics focused on guestroom automation solutions.

• Recognize and leverage opportunities for revenue growth.

• Work in partnership with key stakeholders to enhance market share.

• Maintain strong relationships with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams.

• Prioritize, develop, and launch solutions into the market.

• Engage externally with customers, partners, and competitors.

• Stay informed about technological trends, regulatory changes, and initiatives from trade groups.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.

• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Willingness to travel 30%, including locations such as Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Bachelor's degree is necessary.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

• Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong business insight and comprehension of market dynamics.

• Experience in guest room automation and energy management is preferred.

• Established relationships within the hospitality sector are a plus.

• Technical proficiency coupled with excellent business acumen is required.

• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities.

• Capability to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.

• Proven track record in generating a business pipeline to boost revenue, performance, and profitability.
