This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, execute, and oversee enablement programs aimed at assisting SEs and CSEs in delivering customer demonstrations and successfully conducting proofs of value with assurance.
• Enhance and advance the onboarding program for SEs and CSEs, from conceptualization to in-person implementation.
• Offer extensive enablement on our storage and analysis solutions, including product licensing, sizing, competitive positioning/trap-setting, and pricing models to ensure that technical teams can effectively present Cribl's complete portfolio.
• Create and present enablement content and workshops to facilitate technical discovery processes and articulate new customer value messaging.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, SE Leadership, Product & Technical Marketing, Enablement) to synchronize enablement efforts with product launches, ensuring SEs and CSEs are prepared to effectively communicate new features.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to pinpoint knowledge gaps and develop specific training aimed at improving both technical and customer-facing skills.
• Evaluate and analyze the success of enablement programs using engagement metrics, stakeholder feedback, and key business indicators to foster continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows for program development, practical application, lab creation, and just-in-time enablement.
• As a remote-first company, our work spans across multiple time zones; you may occasionally be required to fulfill duties outside your standard working hours.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical sales enablement, technical training, and/or Solutions Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing Technical Sales role, ideally within the enterprise SaaS sector, with a robust understanding of IT telemetry and observability.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement intricate technical enablement programs that yield measurable results, utilizing AI as a partner.
• Strong program management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Experience in collaborating across various departments, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Proficiency in working with demo platforms and tools, as well as crafting demo instructions tailored for technical sales audiences.
