Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent daily assistance to various health system management teams within the Revenue Cycle.

• Address the business, technical, and operational requirements of the Revenue Cycle departments.

• Oversee multiple facets of project implementations, system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, training, and quality assurance activities.

• Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software tailored to Revenue Cycle workflows.

• Act as a bridge between Information Technology, system vendors, and Revenue Cycle departments.

• Communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must achieve Epic proficiency or certification within one year of the hire date.

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist or a higher qualification.

• 1-3 years of experience in systems administration across one or more Epic modules.

• Experience in healthcare; system implementation; familiarity with Epic or other healthcare financial information systems; experience with electronic claims systems.
