Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a research or engineering role.

• Strong technical expertise: programming skills and the capability to comprehend large and complex systems and architectures.

• Openness and eagerness to experiment and learn: readiness to tackle new challenges, investigate new technologies, and continuously broaden knowledge in the ad tech sector.

• Independence and a proactive approach: ability to take initiative, make decisions, and operate without excessive supervision while upholding high standards.

• Goal-oriented mindset: focus on achieving specific project objectives and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaboration and communication skills: ability to work effectively with teammates and other teams, clearly sharing knowledge and cooperating with external organizations (e.g., major browser vendors, W3C, GitHub discussions).

• Skills in building Proof of Concepts (PoCs): creating prototypes and experimental solutions to assess effectiveness and utility.
