This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Identify and attract exceptional talent for AeroVect in a competitive landscape.
β’ Collaborate closely with AeroVect's founders, engineering leaders, and lead recruiter to grasp hiring goals and synchronize sourcing strategies.
β’ Continuously build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
β’ Play a key role in ensuring a comprehensive and positive candidate experience.
β’ Employ creative sourcing methods to draw in top talent (e.g., networking, events, marketing, etc.).
β’ Over 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and innovative talent attraction methods.
β’ Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
β’ Preferred: Experience in hiring for GTM roles (sales, operations, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or others.
β’ Background in fast-growing and rapidly scaling start-ups.
