Senior Technical Recruiter – 6-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with one client at a time to deeply integrate into their cultural dynamics, both socially and professionally.

• Engage with top-level senior stakeholders to illustrate the importance of effective talent practices.

• Organize hiring events and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruitment journey, including confidently extending offers and finalizing agreements.

• Collaborate with technical sourcers to cultivate a diverse pool of exceptional technical talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of technical recruitment experience within a fast-paced setting.

• Ideally, at least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
