Senior Technical Project Manager – Token Factory

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects related to infrastructure and capacity delivery, which encompass new regional deployments, capacity enhancements, and maintenance framework initiatives.

• Managing the onboarding process for models and ensuring successful production delivery, starting from infrastructure readiness to customer availability.

• Developing and sustaining execution plans, proactively identifying risks, and resolving blockers before they affect delivery timelines.

• Collaborating closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product managers, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), infrastructure, networking, security, and other platform teams.

• Enabling technical decision-making and ensuring accountability and ownership across complex projects that involve multiple teams.

• Continuously enhancing engineering delivery processes to ensure execution is more predictable while maintaining a sustainable pace for engineering teams.

• Exceptional project management and delivery capabilities, with the skill to decompose ambiguous initiatives into actionable plans.

• Proficient in identifying critical paths, managing intricate dependency graphs, and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Strong skills in risk management and prioritization, with the ability to make progress in rapidly changing environments.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable leading incident coordination, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.

• Solid technical background that enables comprehension of engineering conversations, infrastructure dependencies, and architectural trade-offs without being the primary implementer.
