This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale IT programs, encompassing ERP, CRM, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise application projects.
• Take charge of project planning tasks, which include defining scope, creating work breakdown structures, mapping dependencies, allocating resources, budgeting, establishing timelines, managing risks, and tracking delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert strategic goals into actionable project roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Facilitate project execution utilizing Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies as suitable.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams when necessary, overseeing sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage interdepartmental dependencies across IT, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
• Proactively recognize delivery risks and issues, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, SDLC standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory mandates (such as SOX and HIPAA where applicable).
• Lead high-level executive reporting, steering committee updates, and decision-making forums.
• Assist in change management, release planning, and production transition activities.
• Propel continuous improvement in PMO processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in managing complex IT projects or programs within an enterprise setting.
• More than 4 years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed delivery teams.
• Extensive experience in delivering enterprise applications, cloud solutions, integrations, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and contracted delivery teams.
• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority and align diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
