IT Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinics to identify their technical challenges and provide solutions independently or with the Engineering team's assistance.

• Support the Sales and Success teams by deploying and upgrading Radformation software at client locations.

• Act as the technical expert representative while working directly with hospital IT departments during implementations and upgrades.

• Complete IT documentation and vendor security questionnaires as requested by client hospitals.

• Meet with clinics to plan installations, discuss system architecture, and address cybersecurity requirements.

• Provide assistance to the Clinical Customer Support Representatives as needed.

• Help team members resolve internal IT issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical Radiation Oncology IT.

• Familiarity with Radiation Oncology Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities.

• Extensive experience in supporting clinical applications and their infrastructure, including client, server, storage, and network environments.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• A positive attitude.

• Preferred: 7+ years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.

• Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity.

• Preferred: Background in customer service.
