This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Design and implement training programs that are aligned with prior authorization processes, clinical criteria, and specific updates for accounts to enhance pharmacy operations teams.
β’ Collaborate with leadership and account teams to develop and sustain training plans, onboarding resources, and continuous learning materials.
β’ Utilize clinical knowledge in pharmacy benefits, Medicaid/Medicare regulations, and drug review procedures to guarantee precision and compliance in training documentation.
β’ Conduct interactive training sessions utilizing virtual platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer for both new hires and experienced staff.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of training by gathering and analyzing feedback from participants and pinpointing areas for ongoing enhancement.
β’ Work collaboratively across various functions to assist in the clinical review processes, including updates on prior authorizations, PDL criteria, and improvements in processes.
β’ A valid Pharmacist license (U.S.) is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or a related healthcare setting.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs, encompassing prior authorization and preferred drug list (PDL) processes.
β’ Proven experience in creating and delivering training materials or educational programs.
β’ Proficient in using virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint).
