Senior Project Manager – AI & Technology Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct several simultaneous AI and technology-driven projects from inception to successful completion.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, key milestones, resource distribution, and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include technical, business, operations, and client stakeholders.

• Track project advancement and ensure alignment with business objectives, priorities, and delivery commitments.

• Identify, evaluate, and alleviate project risks, dependencies, issues, and potential hurdles.

• Organize project meetings, status updates, workshops, and communications with executive stakeholders.

• Manage client relationships, expectations, and project deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.

• Foster accountability across teams to guarantee that commitments, deadlines, and project objectives are met.

• Monitor project health, performance metrics, resource utilization, and overall effectiveness of delivery.

• Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within project management and delivery practices.

• Work alongside leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure strategic alignment across projects.

• Function effectively within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, managed services, software delivery, or digital transformation settings.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

• Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to build trust and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business stakeholders.

• Comprehensive understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Experience in creating project status reports, executive updates, and delivery metrics.

• Background in managing AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
