Senior Technical Project Manager – Client Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate client communications throughout the entire delivery process, coordinating various client stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion.

• Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's product and business logic to suggest optimal solutions that meet specific client requirements. Deliver robust solution and consulting services.

• Assume the project management role to guarantee that the client onboarding project progresses as planned and remains within control.

• Offer technical expertise and guidance during the implementation and deployment phases to ensure integration with client systems.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to facilitate the smooth integration of new features and technologies into existing frameworks.

• Keep abreast of trends in the financial services industry and emerging technologies to enhance our solutions and offerings continually.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a technical Project Manager or in a comparable technical position.

• Strong comprehension of software development, system architecture, and integration principles, along with solid solutioning skills in SaaS platform data integration.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proficient client-facing communication skills and strong consultant/client management abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects at once.

• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving results.

• Familiarity with anti-fraud measures in the financial or internet sectors will be advantageous.

• Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning will be a plus.
