Senior Technical Project Manager – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Executing the automation strategy for the Vivecti Group

• Recognizing and prioritizing opportunities for automation

• Delivering projects from process analysis and tool selection to full implementation

• Creating AI-driven solutions

• Overseeing collaboration between external partners and internal teams

• Measuring impacts and providing regular updates to C-level executives

• Setting standards for project governance, prioritization, and delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in transformation projects driven by technology

• Experience in managing external partners and internal teams within complex organizations

• Demonstrated success in implementing automation or efficiency initiatives with quantifiable results

• Strong technical knowledge (APIs, cloud computing, data processing; familiarity with AI/ML applications)

• High focus on execution and delivery

• Organized working methodology and excellent management of C-level stakeholders

• Proficient in both German and English

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or within a private equity-driven corporate group is a significant advantage
