Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation efforts internally among cross-functional teams and externally with commercial sites.

• Manage project timelines, engage stakeholders, and ensure cross-site alignment to uphold momentum and clarity in execution.

• Serve as the technical liaison between health-system partners and Proximie's engineering and clinical teams, converting EHR/OR workflow and integration specifications into clear implementation strategies.

• Create and sustain essential GTM documentation, playbooks, and supplementary materials to facilitate repeatable success.

• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and prompting timely interventions.

• Collaborate with EHR integration and AI governance teams to guarantee data quality, compliance, and usability throughout each deployment.

• Enhance internal resource allocation through efficient capacity planning for key contributors across the Intelligence Suite.

• Assist senior commercial leaders by managing technical and operational execution, raising risks early, and allowing them to concentrate on strategic, customer-facing priorities.

• Work with Transformation managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure timelines align with customer KPIs and expectations, clearly communicating updates at a set frequency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in technical or commercial project management within dynamic, high-growth settings.

• Robust background in healthcare technology, surgical/OR hardware systems, and EHR integrations, with practical knowledge of data integration concepts and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, or similar interoperability frameworks).

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, capable of aligning various stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Proven capacity to operate independently and deliver measurable results with speed and accuracy.

• Execution-oriented mindset, merging practicality with meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with EHR integration and AI governance teams.

• Project management certification is preferred.
