Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple simultaneous projects

• Ensure project alignment with customer objectives and organizational goals

• Cultivate expertise in OneReach.ai Communication Studio and associated technologies, including Voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code solutions

• Create and manage account roadmaps

• Deliver visibility, accountability, and progress updates to all stakeholders

• Collect, verify, and relay technical and business requirements to implementation teams

• Handle interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources effectively

• Work collaboratively with delivery, product, and growth teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Lead design sessions, progress assessments, and critical decision-making meetings

• Represent OneReach.ai in onsite meetings with customers and partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management within a software, automation, or technology-centric environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience collaborating directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders

• Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities

• Experience in generating status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation frameworks

• Capability to convert operational or customer requirements into technical strategies

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States
