This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the complete implementation of various Archibus modules for a global IT systems rollout at the Department of State.
• Create, manage, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and schedules for the Archibus Assets and Maintenance modules.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate a global deployment phasing strategy and timeline.
• Identify and document both technical and functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate Peer Review and Stakeholder Review processes for both Archibus applications.
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise User Acceptance Testing, including the development of test cases, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and enhance communication among business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, and external stakeholders.
• Recognize project risks and devise mitigation plans.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings.
• Update internal team members and clients on milestones and project status, ensuring schedule compliance and providing timely updates.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; approved adjudication is required prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree; four years of additional professional experience may substitute for a Bachelor's.
• At least five years of experience managing technical projects or software implementations.
• Experience with the State Department is preferred.
• Familiarity with deploying Archibus or similar IWMS applications is a plus.
• Background in Facilities Management, Real Estate Portfolio Operations, and/or Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning is beneficial.
• ScrumMaster experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in facilitating stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capability to convey complex ideas to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
