Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of several simultaneous projects

• Cultivate expertise in OneReach.ai Communication Studio along with associated Voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code technologies

• Create and sustain account roadmaps

• Ensure visibility, accountability, and progress reporting among stakeholders

• Collect, verify, and convey technical and business requirements to implementation teams

• Manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources across various teams

• Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams regarding priorities, timelines, and deliverables

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Lead design sessions, progress reviews, and essential decision-making meetings

• Represent OneReach.ai during in-person meetings with customers and partners

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management within a software, automation, or technology-oriented environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience

• Experience engaging directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders

• Strong skills in documentation and organization

• Proven ability to produce status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures

• Experience in converting operational or customer requirements into technical strategies

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States
