Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and effective delivery of intricate technical projects.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource distributions.

• Maintain project trackers through meetings, emails, Slack communications, and other project-related interactions.

• Supervise project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing any changes.

• Evaluate project performance utilizing suitable tools and reporting techniques.

• Keep thorough project documentation and provide status updates.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Recognize project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.

• Facilitate technical discussions, documenting and following up on action items.

• Ensure accountability among team members and clients regarding deadlines and project milestones.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong background in project management, business operations, budgeting, and analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional client-facing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with project management software and collaborative tools.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving successful project results.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and converting technical information into actionable project tasks.

• Experience in managing technical integration projects is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with APIs or WhatsApp APIs is a plus but not mandatory.

• Confident and proactive demeanor, capable of holding internal teams and clients accountable.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (GMT -8:00).
