This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate across functions with Product and Engineering teams to investigate solutions, establish specifications, and maintain ongoing communication regarding project status and requirements.
• Utilize project management tools (such as Jira and Confluence) to oversee documentation, workflows, and progress tracking.
• Ensure that project reports are precise, current, and distributed punctually.
• Provide transparent updates on project progress to leadership and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making, approvals, and guidance.
• Organize and conduct project reviews with key stakeholders to discuss progress, align on future milestones, facilitate decision-making, and proactively address risks. Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans to effectively manage deadlines, deliverables, and project objectives.
• Acquire domain knowledge and engage pertinent subject-matter experts by asking insightful questions, prioritizing effectively, and following up promptly to eliminate obstacles.
• Draw on previous experiences to discover opportunities for improvement and advocate best practices that enhance project performance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Background in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in English with experience working closely with Executives.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, including a minimum of 3 years in an Agile environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including one-week sprints and Program Increment planning.
• Demonstrated ability to impose structure in ambiguous situations and foster robust relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or global product and engineering teams.
• Strong capability to comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, align interests, build trust, and secure strong stakeholder support within a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to achieve outcomes through structured processes and cooperative networks.
• Excellent communication capabilities, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written formats, including well-organized documentation.
• Self-motivated: energetic, adaptable, and collaborative, with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to achieving results. Comfortable working with diverse cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, design, and QA.
• Practical experience in managing projects that integrate AI capabilities into products or workflows, with the capability to translate AI requirements, risks, and limitations to stakeholders.
