Senior Technical Program Manager – Pre-Silicon Software Enablement, Workload Studies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and advance NVIDIA's software left-shift initiative.

• Collaborate with architecture, modeling, and software teams to pinpoint and address dependency challenges.

• Establish program structure, milestones, and success criteria for pre-silicon software readiness.

• Conduct program reviews at the executive level.

• Create feedback loops connecting software insights with models, architecture, and modeling teams.

• Foster alignment between hardware and software teams regarding new chip features.

• Convert intricate technical dependencies into well-organized plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management within the semiconductor or computing sectors.

• Proven track record in managing programs at the intersection of hardware and software.

• Experience in pre-silicon environments.

• History of successfully guiding complex, multi-organizational programs from uncertainty to implementation across extensive engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level interactions.
