This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of and advance NVIDIA's software left-shift initiative.
β’ Collaborate with architecture, modeling, and software teams to pinpoint and address dependency challenges.
β’ Establish program structure, milestones, and success criteria for pre-silicon software readiness.
β’ Conduct program reviews at the executive level.
β’ Create feedback loops connecting software insights with models, architecture, and modeling teams.
β’ Foster alignment between hardware and software teams regarding new chip features.
β’ Convert intricate technical dependencies into well-organized plans.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
β’ Over 8 years of experience in technical program management within the semiconductor or computing sectors.
β’ Proven track record in managing programs at the intersection of hardware and software.
β’ Experience in pre-silicon environments.
β’ History of successfully guiding complex, multi-organizational programs from uncertainty to implementation across extensive engineering teams.
β’ Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level interactions.
