• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management within the semiconductor or computing sectors.
• Proven track record in managing programs at the intersection of hardware and software.
• Experience in pre-silicon environments.
• History of successfully guiding complex, multi-organizational programs from uncertainty to implementation across extensive engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level interactions.
