📋 Description

• Converting high-level business objectives into actionable technical milestones and comprehensive multi-quarter roadmaps.

• Facilitating alignment among Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Finance departments.

• Proactively spotting "critical path" obstacles and technical debt that may hinder a launch.

• Collaborating with architects to assess system designs for scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Leading discussions on technical decision-making and ensuring program execution adheres to architectural standards.

• Developing or enhancing delivery frameworks (e.g., Scaled Agile, OKRs) and automated reporting dashboards (Jira, Tableau, etc.).

• Delivering data-driven status updates, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and mitigation strategies to C-suite stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 12 years of experience in program or project management within technology settings.

• 4 years of experience managing intricate technical programs that involve multiple engineering teams.

• Expertise in emerging fields such as AI/ML pipelines, data residency, or DevOps transformation.
