• Collaborate with the Engineering team to outline and create solutions and services.
• Work in conjunction with Engineering and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the release process and establish the identity of the solution/service.
• Engage with and provide support to the caregiver community.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a contact center environment.
• Proficiency in Cisco/Webex is highly preferred.
