Associate Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Independently oversee small projects from initiation to completion, taking charge of the scope, complexity, and impact, while driving execution plans to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

• Facilitate collaboration among 2–3 interrelated functional areas, working closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and internal teams to guarantee successful project implementation.

• Recognize common risks and establish a remediation strategy that aligns various stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Create and sustain basic project schedules, emphasizing key tasks, milestones, and dependencies across projects, teams, and systems.

• Generate meeting notes for the team and provide regular updates on project health to key stakeholders and sponsors.

• Collaborate with senior TPgMs to coordinate dependencies, address blockers or risks, and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and recommend minor adjustments to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in onboarding new team members and transform frequently asked questions into concise guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree.

• At least 1 year of experience in managing small projects.

• Proven experience leading projects utilizing Cloud Technologies.

• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud is an advantage.

• Understanding of agile tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional Program/Project Management certifications are a plus.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Monday, Aha, or other project tracking and reporting tools is advantageous.
