• Plan and oversee the work of design engineers and technical engineers on various projects

• Manage the development, execution, and assessment of intricate designs

• Supervise several high-profile programs

• 11 to 14 years of experience in program management

• Strong skills in project management

• Solid understanding of accelerated computing and AI technologies

• Domain-specific expertise concerning accelerated compute initiatives

• Effective communication abilities for a variety of stakeholders

• Strategic mindset regarding the long-term impacts of programs

• Experience in risk management within dynamic settings

• Leadership skills for multi-disciplinary teams

• Flexibility to adapt to new AI technologies

• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
