Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Senior Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, overseeing both daily operations and cross-team program execution.

• Direct comprehensive program management for intricate technical projects and client implementations, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously enhancing team productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert roadmap priorities and technical specifications into clear, actionable plans.

• Manage execution tracking across teams, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers, proactively addressing issues to keep teams and programs on course.

• Coordinate dependencies across functions and teams to ensure alignment on priorities and sequencing.

• Promote ongoing improvement of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery processes.

• Provide regular, concise communication and reporting on progress, risks, and key performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a similar delivery-oriented role, ideally within a SaaS or data-driven context.

• Practical experience working with Agile engineering teams, including serving as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from the planning stage through to execution.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and documentation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster alignment across teams.

• Comfortable managing competing priorities in rapidly changing environments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain effective under pressure.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
