This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the Platform & DMS domain from start to finish — this includes cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, DMS integrations, and both internal and external APIs.
• Lead the backlog and sprint execution by refining user stories, establishing priorities, and balancing value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
• Transform user requirements and technical limitations into product initiatives, especially focusing on security and compliance, infrastructure reliability, platform configuration, DMS integrations, and API design.
• Oversee relationships with internal and external stakeholders — ensuring alignment of priorities and requirements, highlighting trade-offs, and keeping all parties informed.
• Leverage data and feedback from internal teams, partners, and users to inform decision-making — assess platform health and adoption, validate technical trade-offs, and benchmark against industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and leadership teams to enhance long-term platform reliability, security, and scalability.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, preferably within B2B SaaS or platform-focused teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in managing platform or infrastructure-level product areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, DMS integrations, or APIs.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions regarding APIs, authentication protocols, and system integrations — not hands-on, but capable of challenging and evaluating trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Experience with DMS integrations is highly advantageous.
• A solid grasp of agile methodologies and a passion for iterative product development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product decisions.
• 100% remote work available (with a German residence), other countries considered upon request.
• Flexible working hours.
• 26 days of vacation plus December 24th & 31st off, and an additional vacation day for each year of employment (up to 30 days).
• Discounts available, such as Urban Sports Club Membership, depending on location.
• A laptop (Lenovo or Mac), along with a €1,000 net budget for home office setup (disbursed with your first salary).
