This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with business partners who possess technical knowledge to ascertain their requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, interpreting intricate technical concepts into business language to ensure mutual understanding.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of back-end systems and services, guaranteeing they fulfill established business criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and functional designs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on relevant technical products while supporting the overall project lifecycle.
• Organize meetings and workshops to collect technical business requirements and transform them into actionable technical plans.
• Document product features, business processes, workflows, and operational manuals with an emphasis on standardization, compliance, security, and performance enhancement.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
• Proficient in English communication to effectively interact with clients and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical foundation with the capability to comprehend, analyze, and communicate complex technical requirements to both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Outstanding documentation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• A consultative and proactive approach, with the ability to lead technical discussions and foster informed decision-making.
• Comfortable using, or eager to learn, technical tools that improve productivity and collaboration among teams.
• Experience with projects that involve back-end development, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in managing and refining the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s current priorities and addresses user needs.
