Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through to delivery and subsequent analysis after launch.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the product backlog, and establish workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical ideas into straightforward, actionable product specifications.

• Assess technical options and prioritize features based on their feasibility and value to customers.

• Perform comprehensive market research, including customer discovery efforts.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other relevant stakeholders to collect requirements.

• Guarantee timely delivery of product features that meet quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management capacity.

• Previous experience in constructing or overseeing crypto wallets featuring DeFi capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A true team player who fosters trust quickly, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• A proactive approach to tasks.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable with both setting strategic direction and getting hands-on to implement it.

• Flourishes in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in agile methodologies, including tools like Jira and Asana.

• Strong grasp of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Proficient in defining, monitoring, and reporting on product KPIs to assess success; experience with A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is advantageous.
