Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation and requirement collection to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog and workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into straightforward, actionable product requirements.

• Assess technical solutions and prioritize features based on their technical viability, business impact, and customer value.

• Conduct thorough market research, including customer discovery, to grasp the value proposition of our product.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and implement solutions.

• Ensure that product features are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years in a technical product management position.

• Previous experience in developing or managing crypto wallets with DeFi functionalities.

• Outstanding communication skills to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• A true team player who swiftly builds trust, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• A proactive mindset. You recognize what needs improvement, build the case, and take action without waiting for direction.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, ensuring engineers, designers, and business stakeholders are aligned toward common objectives.

• Comfortable both in setting strategic direction and in actively engaging in execution.

• Excels in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Jira and Asana.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Proficient in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to evaluate success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation techniques is advantageous.
