Senior Technical Product Manager – Serverless AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Nebius Serverless AI serves as our consumption-based computing platform designed for executing AI workloads, including training jobs, inference endpoints, and interactive development environments, all without the need for infrastructure management.

• Users can submit containerized workloads through the CLI or UI, access GPU compute with pay-per-second billing, while the platform manages provisioning, lifecycle, and cleanup.

• You will collaborate to share ownership across the product surface, while individually taking full responsibility for your specific areas.

• As an expert in container runtimes, GPU scheduling, cold start optimization, and inference serving, you will make informed technical decisions and engage directly with customers to enhance the CLI experience, establish pricing, and drive product adoption.

• We are in the process of developing the next generation of AI cloud infrastructure, specifically designed from the ground up to accommodate GPU-intensive workloads rather than retrofitting existing legacy cloud systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a proven track record of building, launching, and refining infrastructure or platform products utilized by developers or ML engineers, distinctly not consumer applications or dashboards.

• You possess practical knowledge of containers, including Docker, image registries, container runtimes, resource limits, and networking. You have experience troubleshooting issues like container start failures, GPU visibility problems, or mount failures.

• You have a solid understanding of GPU computing for AI/ML, including the types of GPUs available and their optimal use cases, as well as the differing resource requirements for training and inference workloads, and familiarity with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and Triton.

• You can evaluate a CLI reference for design quality and have experience shaping developer-facing APIs, CLIs, or SDKs.

• You have conducted genuine customer discovery through technical discussions with engineers, gaining insights that have informed your product direction, rather than relying solely on surveys.

• You bring over 3 years of product management experience specifically in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools.
