
Senior Technical Product Manager, Secure Remote Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and market vision for Keeper Connection Manager.
• Recognize and prioritize product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and business impact.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of secure remote access and privileged session workflows involving IT, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Convert technical requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering on connection protocols, session management, authentication processes, integrations, performance, and platform architecture.
• Engage with customers, Solutions Engineering, and Support to comprehend deployment challenges, validate requirements, and enhance product adoption.
• Define and refine credential-free access, session brokering, session recording, policy enforcement, auditing, and access controls.
• Influence user and administrator experiences throughout connection setup, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and monitoring workflows.
• Assess competitive products and market changes in the areas of privileged remote access, PAM, zero-trust access, and infrastructure security.
• Specify and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, usage, reliability, session activity, customer impact, and revenue contribution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Documentation for product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for product research, technical analysis, requirements development, documentation, and daily tasks.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with a focus on technical, infrastructure-oriented, or cybersecurity products.
• Hands-on experience in privileged access management, secure remote access, infrastructure access, zero-trust access, or a related cybersecurity sector.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, credential management, session brokering, and auditability.
• Familiarity with SSH, RDP, VNC, and TLS protocols.
• Technical proficiency in networking, cloud infrastructure, APIs, authentication methodologies, and enterprise system integrations.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate with engineers on architecture, requirements, and trade-offs.
• Experience in delivering infrastructure-focused, security-sensitive, or integration-heavy product functionalities.
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise deployment environments.
• Skills in customer discovery, market analysis, and product prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with executives, customers, and engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Willingness to utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
