This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and implementation for Practice Nexus/MyPractice, encompassing practice configuration, program and services enablement, eligibility and enrollment workflows, as well as EHR overlay activation and reporting.
• Collaborate with business owners to delineate the problem space, constraints, success metrics, and desired end state, advocating for that vision across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance live workflows (for both internal and practice users) by monitoring key metrics, gathering qualitative feedback, and engaging in structured experimentation when appropriate.
• Spearhead the product strategy and execution for Aledade’s Cloud Couch initiative, crafting an end-to-end experience that links support, configuration, and data flows between Cloud Couch and Aledade’s internal platforms (including MyPractice).
• Work alongside Support, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics to outline implementation workflows, user journeys, and data models that boost resolution quality, time-to-resolution, and enablement efficiency.
• Ensure that Cloud Couch configuration, integrations, and business processes are scalable across various domains, programs, and user types without becoming fragile or isolated.
• Collaborate with internal teams and end users to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements, current workflows, and pain points across multiple domain areas (practice configuration, programs and services, EHR overlays, support).
• Convert discovery insights into clear problem statements, solution hypotheses, and well-defined MVPs that balance impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Draft comprehensive user stories, including business rationale, functional and non-functional requirements, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
• Create short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk, with explicit phasing for MVPs, iterations, and the deprecation of legacy workflows.
• Collaborate closely with tech leads and engineering managers to sequence work, refine scope, and ensure that architecture decisions align with product objectives.
• Maintain robust feedback loops with App charter zones, Implementation, Support, and other stakeholder teams, including structured forums for decision-making, status updates, and trade-off discussions.
• Define and monitor success metrics for Practice Nexus areas, including MyPractice, Learning, and Implementation products, using both operational and experience metrics to inform prioritization.
• Partner with BI/Analytics and data engineering to guarantee that the underlying data models, reporting, and monitoring support your product decisions and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality releases, including appropriate QA, rollout strategies, change management, and documentation for both internal and practice users.
• Over 8 years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS, with some of that time dedicated to a highly technical or platform-focused product role.
• Proven experience managing complex internal tools or platforms (such as admin consoles, configuration systems, or eligibility/enrollment workflows) from discovery through rollout and iteration.
• Familiarity with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum, including close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple domain areas, quickly adapting to new problem spaces while maintaining clear prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data (product metrics, operational data, and primary research) to guide solution design, measure impact, and facilitate iteration.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a history of synthesizing complex technical and operational details into clear narratives, documentation, and decision records.
• Product development experience within the healthcare technology, digital health, or technology-enabled healthcare services sectors.
• Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows (e.g., ambulatory practice operations, provider configuration, eligibility and enrollment flows).
• Flexible work schedules and the option to work remotely are available for many positions.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage up to 80% for employees, dependents, and domestic partners.
• Comprehensive time-off plan, offering 21 days of PTO in your first year.
• Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays.
• 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.
• Six weeks of paid sabbatical after six years of service.
• Educational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program.
• 401(k) plan with up to 4% match.
• Stock options.
