This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and market direction for Keeper Secrets Manager.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and business impact.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of secrets management workflows utilized by developers, DevOps teams, security teams, and enterprise customers.
• Convert technical requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, integrations, authentication flows, and secrets lifecycle capabilities.
• Engage with customers, Solutions Engineering, and Support to gain insights into pain points, confirm requirements, and enhance product adoption.
• Define and enhance capabilities related to secrets storage, access, rotation, injection, auditing, revocation, and policy enforcement.
• Optimize developer experience across documentation, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and self-service workflows.
• Assess competitive products and market trends in secrets management, machine identity, workload identity, and DevSecOps security.
• Establish and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, usage, retention, customer impact, and revenue contribution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Documentation for product launches and go-to-market execution.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance product research, technical analysis, requirements development, documentation, and daily execution.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with a focus on technical, developer-oriented, or cybersecurity products.
• Direct experience in secrets management, machine identity, DevOps security, cloud security, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of secrets lifecycle management, encompassing creation, storage, access, rotation, injection, auditing, and revocation.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, authentication patterns, and modern software development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and automation ecosystems.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation, grasp implementation details, and collaborate effectively with engineers on technical requirements and tradeoffs.
• Experience in defining and delivering developer-focused or integration-heavy product capabilities.
• Skills in customer discovery, market analysis, and product prioritization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for executive, customer, and engineering audiences.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Willingness and competence to utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
