Senior Technical Product Manager – Integrations, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the product definition and daily execution for a series of integrations that are crucial to the business and technically complex.

• Collaborating directly with engineers across various time zones to define, prioritize, and deliver on integration projects.

• Converting technical requirements such as APIs, data contracts, and edge cases into coherent product specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Serving as the primary product liaison to third-party partners by articulating our requirements, validating theirs, and ensuring alignment.

• Overseeing testing and validation across multiple environments, including development, staging, and production, as well as across different devices.

• Ensuring that integrations function correctly not only in theory but also in practical, real-world scenarios.

• Dedicating significant attention to detail, including logs, payloads, test accounts, and configuration flags, which is intentional.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a comparable role working closely with engineering teams.

• A demonstrated history of taking initiative and excelling in dynamic environments.

• Proficient in refining vague requirements into precise technical specifications and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A strong passion for your profession and a commitment to achieving outstanding results.

• High technical literacy with the ability to discuss APIs, authentication flows, data formats, and system behaviors comfortably.

• Experience working collaboratively with developers across different time zones and cultures.

• Extremely detail-oriented, particularly when it comes to testing and validation processes.

• Comfortable engaging with external business partners on technical matters.

• Proficient in business-level English is mandatory.
