Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of products across various initiatives, encompassing everything from the ideation of new products and features to their launch, iteration, growth, and ongoing enhancement.

• Contribute to the formulation of product strategy and roadmap planning that aligns with the company’s goals.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to establish product direction and set priorities.

• Take ownership of prioritization decisions utilizing user feedback, product insights, data, and business context.

• Convert intricate technical concepts and user requirements into clear product specifications and actionable plans.

• Uphold a high standard for product quality across user experience, functionality, and execution.

• Define and track key product metrics, leveraging insights to enhance decision-making processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, growth, business development, operations, and support.

• Effectively navigate a fast-paced environment characterized by shifting priorities and high expectations of ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on technical or infrastructure-intensive products.

• Strong foundational knowledge of product management and demonstrated product judgment.

• Solid technical comprehension and experience collaborating closely with highly technical teams, along with a good understanding of finance.

• A strong ownership mentality, capable of independently advancing initiatives.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing startup settings.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

• User-centric with a keen eye for product quality and execution standards.

• A technical background, engineering experience, or a relevant technical degree is highly advantageous.

• A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

• Prior experience in cryptocurrency, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a significant plus.

• Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly regarded.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferably based in New York or willing to relocate.
