Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of products across various initiatives, from the ideation of new products and features to their launch, iteration, growth, and ongoing improvement.

• Contribute to the creation of product strategies and roadmap planning that align with company goals.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to establish product direction and priorities.

• Take ownership of prioritization decisions informed by user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context.

• Convert complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable execution plans.

• Uphold a high standard of product quality across user experience, functionality, and execution.

• Define and track key product metrics, utilizing insights to enhance decision-making processes.

• Collaborate across functions with teams in engineering, growth, business development, operations, and support.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and high expectations of ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on technical or infrastructure-intensive products.

• Solid understanding of product fundamentals and a proven track record of product judgment.

• Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating with highly technical teams, along with a comprehensive understanding of finance.

• Possess a high ownership mentality with the capability to independently advance initiatives.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• User-centered with a keen attention to product quality and execution standards.

• A technical background, engineering experience, or a relevant technical degree is highly advantageous.

• A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

• Experience in cryptocurrency, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a significant advantage.

• Experience at high-performing technology firms is also greatly valued.

• Proficient in English.

• Ideally located in New York or willing to relocate.
