Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and propel the product vision and strategy in alignment with CloudBlue's business objectives, partners, and customers.

• Investigate, validate, and convert market demands into product prospects and roadmap initiatives.

• Organize and prioritize product roadmap deliverables, ensuring alignment with business impact and strategic priorities.

• Articulate solutions through well-defined product requirements, user stories, and documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions and guarantee effective go-to-market execution.

• Facilitate the adoption of product features by closely engaging with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.

• Continuously assess and investigate emerging technologies, including AI-driven functionalities, to improve the platform.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned to fulfill team and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within a relevant technology sector (experience in solution or software architecture is also advantageous).

• Strong background in scoping and validating intricate customer requirements.

• Capability to operate effectively at various levels of detail based on context and audience.

• Solid comprehension of software design, development, testing, and delivery processes, including APIs and system interactions.

• Practical experience implementing AI-first workflows in product management and daily operations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in areas such as Billing, BSS, ERP, Finance, eCommerce, or AI-driven solutions with extensive customer bases is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services (Kubernetes, databases, and storage across AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.

• Knowledge of development technologies such as Python, Go, SQL, or similar tools is an added advantage.
