Lead Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop technical requirements, user stories, and tickets, while spearheading engineering discussions surrounding them.

• Take charge of sprint planning, mapping dependencies, and forecasting capacity.

• Evaluate project scope, commit to delivery timelines, and ensure the engineering team adheres to established deadlines.

• Manage backlog prioritization in collaboration with the engineering team and drive tasks to completion.

• Propel your initiatives using AI throughout research, synthesis, and delivery, engaging clients and teams in the journey.

• Conduct product discovery and research alongside clients and their users.

• Utilize human-centered design, lean methodologies, and agile practices to release software that meets user needs.

• Offer guidance on roadmap and strategy, owning product strategy and go-to-market plans with key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagements through your expertise and thought leadership in products.

• Cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and industry contacts to remain updated on trends and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in shipping software products for 8 or more years, preferably in a consulting or professional services context.

• Proven leadership of cross-discipline teams through product delivery for over 5 years, mentoring engineers and designers while aligning stakeholders.

• Oversaw delivery for engineering teams, encompassing sprint planning, estimation, dependency mapping, and capacity forecasting.

• Developed AI or ML-driven products or features.

• Integrated AI tools into your daily work, showcasing recent examples of enhanced shipping speed or modified workflows due to their use.

• Managed product analytics and customer research, applying insights to achieve improved outcomes.

• Collaborated with design, engineering, project management, and leadership teams.

• Shaped product vision in partnership with clients while maintaining a broader strategic perspective.

• Balanced attention between the roadmap and current sprints, knowing when and where to adjust focus.

• Established a presence in the product community through writing, presentations, or peer interaction.
