Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and validation process with a select group of institutional custodians, assist in establishing initial relationships, and translate their actual needs into product direction.

• Set the standard for evidence: every feature or direction must meet defined proof-of-concept exit criteria.

• Convert intricate systems concepts into clear product specifications that engineers can work from without needing an additional translation layer.

• Rigorously evaluate competitive claims and threat models (for example, how our enforcement-and-evidence narrative differs from that of incumbents).

• Oversee the product roadmap and manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and sequencing as the product evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history as a product manager for complex software and infrastructure, particularly when dealing with a technical and skeptical audience.

• Prior experience with web3, enterprise workflows and policies, and/or financial applications is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated analytical rigor, including the ability to define success metrics, set clear decision criteria, and make well-supported, evidence-based product decisions.

• Strong program management capabilities, with proficiency in navigating dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to simplify complex technical ideas for both engineering teams and non-technical institutional stakeholders.

• Comfortable working within a remote, owner-governed, distributed team; highly self-directed.
