Senior Technical Instructor – Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, advanced technical training on Red Hat technologies, focusing on Red Hat AI Platforms and other key growth areas as technology trends advance.

• Collaborate with Portfolio, Product, and Ecosystem GTM teams to design and enhance training workshops, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Simplify complex technical subjects into clear, actionable learning experiences for a variety of partner audiences.

• Work with strategic Ecosystem partners to design and refine training workshops that align with co-Creation and co-Selling strategies.

• Utilize feedback from sessions, NPS, and readiness metrics to consistently enhance content relevance and instructional quality.

• Transform in-person or workshop content into scalable modular formats (virtual ILT, e-learning, or microlearning) for wider distribution via Red Hat Learning and partner platforms.

• Partner with Technical Learning, Ecosystem GTM, and Partner Marketing teams to synchronize technical enablement with partner engagement and specialization strategies.

• Develop relationships with field, product, and ecosystem stakeholders to identify emerging skill requirements and proactively update course content.

• Exemplify Red Hat’s open culture by promoting collaboration, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across field and partner learning communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating instructor-led technical education, preferably for partner or customer audiences within enterprise technology.

• Strong understanding of Red Hat’s portfolio, especially OpenShift, RHEL, Automation, and emerging technologies like AI.

• Proficiency in instructional design and delivery methods for technical and blended learning environments.

• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities; capable of simplifying complexity and instilling confidence.

• Willingness and capability to explore, utilize, and integrate AI tools throughout the creation, delivery, and maintenance of learning materials.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business teams.

• Established connections with stakeholders in the Red Hat Partner organization and the Red Hat Ecosystem.

• Experience in managing enablement programs and projects within a matrixed global environment.

• Familiarity with learning management and enablement platforms.

• Understanding of planning frameworks (Product management) and reporting.

• Experience in designing or curating content for the partner ecosystem is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in a second language alongside fluent English is preferred.
