Senior Technical Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple technical enablement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results across various global time zones.

• Attain significant expertise in Zscaler's offerings to craft and enhance demonstrations, proof-of-value processes, and architectural workshops.

• Design and implement enablement strategies, programs, and technical documentation.

• Utilize AI-driven content development tools to expedite the creation of scalable enablement resources, including learning paths, labs, and simulations.

• Work in conjunction with Sales Engineering leadership and Product Management to convert intricate technical concepts into engaging, outcome-driven narratives.

• Report directly to the Sr. Director of GTM Technical Strategy & Enablement within the WW GTM Operations department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering within a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven presentation abilities with the assurance to convey technical knowledge to experienced professional audiences.

• Background as a sales engineer or similar role for a cybersecurity vendor or technology partner.

• Demonstrated interest and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a track record of incorporating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving.

• Willingness to meet domestic and international travel obligations as required for the position.

• Thorough understanding of technical sales components including discovery, architecture workshops, exception handling, demonstrations, and proof-of-value.

• Expertise in producing interactive and adaptive e-learning content using contemporary authoring tools.

• Established ability to utilize AI technologies and workflows to develop personalized learning agents or agentic enablement tools.

• Cybersecurity or networking certifications, along with a solid technical background in network security, zero trust, and cloud-delivered security architectures (preferred).
