Senior Technical Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Orchestrate: Collaborate with clients, business teams, and engineers to define strategy and gather as well as prioritize requirements. Oversee documentation of requirements, mapping of milestones, prioritization, and communication to enhance project collaboration.

• Execute: Partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and designers to create products that exceed customer expectations. Actively identify assumptions, dependencies, issues, and risks while facilitating discussions within the team to formulate mitigation strategies and implementation pathways. Ensure adherence to IT and security policies and procedures.

• Strategize: Consider the broader implications of machine learning and natural language processing techniques, transforming capabilities developed for specific clients into new features or customizable options for our core products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably within a SaaS-focused organization.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale enterprise data integration projects that require a high level of technical and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficient in gathering and prioritizing requirements, leading scope discussions, and aligning project priorities.

• Comfortable engaging with various internal functions (Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience, etc.) as well as with external client stakeholders.

• Strong technical acumen with the capability to contribute to system design discussions and drive enterprise data and architectural initiatives.

• Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) or public sector clients, along with an understanding of relevant processes (e.g., FedStart, ATO).

• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; TS/SCI is strongly preferred.
