Senior Technical Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of highly available online systems that support assessment programs.

• Manage the delivery process across various integrated systems with dependencies between them.

• Define and monitor development requirements for features and enhancements.

• Conduct gap analyses between product capabilities and program/customer requirements.

• Oversee the technical specification processes and documentation for online systems.

• Work collaboratively with program managers, clients, and technical managers to capture expectations and ensure successful delivery.

• Direct user acceptance testing for online systems.

• Address escalations and respond to client inquiries regarding system behavior and capabilities.

• Implement or supervise system configuration changes in accordance with production change-control processes.

• Lead risk management initiatives and mitigate any identified risks.

• Manage large-scale deliverables involving multiple applications, including planning, scheduling, impact analysis, and deployment.

• Maintain ongoing communication with client program managers and personnel.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, peer reviews, and status meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proven capacity to learn basic-level SQL.

• Understanding of technical concepts, including data relationships, fundamental web application components and characteristics, and the software development lifecycle.

• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Proactive and detail-focused approach.

• Familiarity with bug tracking software such as Jira is advantageous.
