This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Engage in innovative projects within IT Consulting
• Implement and manage solutions on ServiceNow
• Coordinate with the technical client and the Engagement Manager
• Serve as the technical lead and team leader
• Continuously improve client processes
• Design robust and scalable technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards
• Over 5 years of technical experience in ServiceNow projects
• Technical leadership and architectural reference
• Design of robust and scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with development, integration, and quality best practices
• Extensive experience in Agile and hybrid projects
• Solid experience in managing and coordinating technical teams
• Experience in continuous improvement of client processes
• Involvement in implementation, evolution, and integration projects of ServiceNow for large public and private sector clients
• Regular work in projects covering: ITSM, Discovery, end-to-end ITOM architecture in ServiceNow, and CMDB design as a corporate system
• Management of MID Servers (scalability, security, redundancy)
• Best practices for upgrades impacting ITOM
• ITIL certifications (v3 or v4) are mandatory
• Scrum (Scrum Master and/or similar) is desirable
• ServiceNow: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), etc.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level (highly recommended, minimum B2 certified)
