• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations.
• Create solutions for dispatching, optimizing scheduling, managing a mobile workforce, and overseeing field operations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insight into client business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and other related platform products.
• Construct or assist with intricate Salesforce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to both declarative and programmatic development as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimates, and technical roadmaps.
• Ensure that technical delivery aligns with the established solution architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, developers, and administrators.
• Deliver clear technical documentation and provide implementation guidance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Present technical solutions and articulate trade-offs in a manner that is clear and accessible to business stakeholders.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and building Salesforce solutions.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or architect role.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud).
• Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Previous Salesforce Developer experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations).
• Possession of Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect).
• Understanding of AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred: Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
