This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in work streams for complex enterprise customer engagements and collaborate with key stakeholders to realize customer vision and objectives.
• Provide hands-on advice to customers utilizing Salesforce products, solutions, technical expertise, industry insights, consulting skills, and client-business knowledge.
• Implement enterprise desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions, which include integrations using middleware tools and platforms.
• Deliver technical solutions that align with customer business and technical specifications.
• Oversee the assessment and presentation of solution alternatives while educating customers and partners.
• Identify and proactively manage risks through comprehensive issue resolution.
• Contribute to customer success by engaging in front-end and back-end solution development and release management.
• Offer guidance on application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture, solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education.
• Produce application and technical design documentation that integrates Salesforce into customer infrastructures.
• Diagnose customer implementation challenges and facilitate successful resolutions.
• Lead the evaluation of business and technical needs.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate intricate solutions with clients and third-party partners.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external business partners while contributing to broader organizational goals.
• Drive internal strategic initiatives, utilize junior team members, enhance the practice knowledge base, and mentor Salesforce colleagues.
• Secret Clearance necessitates 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, typically from within Canada.
• A minimum of 3 years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation of prevalent enterprise software solutions like CRM or ERP.
• Experience in roles of increasing responsibility and management of junior technical staff.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in mid- to large-sized enterprises.
• Proven leadership in driving organizational transformation within a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Established record of leading and managing customer or partner success in solution architecture, development and release management, change management, and solution design.
• Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration.
• Ability to guide clients and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and competence in articulating and defending a point of view to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, averaging 25%, with potential for more or less depending on engagement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Salesforce product certifications are highly desirable prior to joining.
• Expected to achieve Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Agentforce Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and JavaScript Developer certifications within the first 3 months.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Security Clearance.
• Candidates are not mandated to possess an active Canadian clearance during application or interview but must be eligible to secure it as a condition of employment.
• Reliability Clearance requires 5 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada.
• Secret Clearance requires 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, typically from within Canada.
• Conflicting boilerplate states that the candidate must be a U.S. citizen, not have dual citizenship, and complete a U.S. federal MBI for Moderate Public Trust.
