This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team engaged in Red Team activities that replicate known threat actors.
• Coordinate and direct Red Team and penetration testing initiatives.
• Plan and supervise security evaluations.
• Generate reports and mitigation plans tailored for both management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical support teams.
• Organize resources for penetration assessments across operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of information security programs and resources.
• Provide specialized operational advice during enterprise-wide crisis situations.
• Act as both operator and project manager for penetration testing services.
• Support, manage, and mentor junior Red Team members.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Team/Penetration Testing activities is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity is highly preferred.
• Active participation in the security community is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with security assessment tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
• In-depth understanding of security methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with operating systems including Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac.
• Advanced knowledge of networking components such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Comprehensive understanding of firewalls, proxies, mail servers, and web servers.
• Advanced operational support experience for operating systems, applications, and networks.
• Extensive experience in Red Teaming, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, and adversary emulation assessments.
• Advanced skills in automation and scripting for applications and systems.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
• Preferred certifications include OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, and GXPN.
• Occasional travel may be necessary (<25%).
• May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States, as indicated by U.S. candidate compensation and Right to Work context.
